1. What Quanta is

Quanta provides impersonal, informational market analysis over a curated US-equity universe: rule-based signals, derived indicators, an append-only outcome ledger, hypothetical backtests, and AI-narrated explanations of computed numbers. Quanta is a software information service.

2. Not investment advice; no adviser relationship

Quanta is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and using Quanta creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Nothing on Quanta is personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Quanta does not consider your individual circumstances, holdings, or objectives. Consult a licensed professional before making any investment decision.

3. No execution, no custody

Quanta does not execute trades, route orders, or hold, custody, or transfer your money or securities. Any action you take on the information is solely your own decision and risk.

4. Hypothetical results & market data

Backtests and paper-trading figures are hypothetical / simulated and labeled as such; past and hypothetical results are not indicative of future returns. Price charts and quotes are provided by third parties (e.g. TradingView) under their own terms; end-of-day data may be delayed. See our methodology & disclaimers.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees, the billing cycle, and any usage limits (including the monthly AI token budget) are shown at checkout. See the billing & cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Quanta's data or outputs, to reverse-engineer the service, or to use it unlawfully. Accounts are for a single user; do not share credentials.

7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanta is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
