Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance each cycle (monthly unless stated) and renew automatically until you cancel. The price, cycle, and included usage — including the monthly AI token budget — are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because Quanta is a digital service delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Failed payments & usage limits

If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may pause until billing is resolved. Reaching your monthly AI token budget pauses new AI requests until the next cycle; it does not incur overage charges.
